PAST LIFE REGRESSION
When we are born we bring with us residues of our past lives, emotions of negative and traumatic experiences.
The session would consist initially of a consultation to establish any physical, mental or spiritual problems or any repetitive patterns in your life. We would then agree on the focus for the session. While relaxed on a couch or chair, the recipient would be gradually guided back in this life to the womb and beyond. This enables you to re-live past experiences to help you to gain insight into your problems and blockages in this life.
Using hypnotic or visualisation techniques to induce deep relaxation to retrieve memories from the subconscious mind that your higher self, guides, angels and light beings feel are right for you at this moment in time.
Any negative experiences will be left behind where they should be. The recipient is then brought back refreshed and positive having gained insight, wisdom, knowledge and healing.
The interlife is the stage between one life and another. There are varied beliefs in what happens when we ‘die’, pass over. One belief is that when we pass over, it is only our body that dies. Like us taking our clothes off, our body is just a vehicle to transport us and to enable us to do what we need to do while we are here. Our spirit/soul is then free again of the life it has just lived, as well of the personality that we were. For now we are again the pure spirit that we truly are, with no gender, no personality.
The concept is, when we pass over into the next world, our guardian angel/s or guide/s escorts us to where we need to go. We may need healing depending on if we have had a traumatic life or not. We are met by family and friends that have passed over before us, welcoming us to their world. We may sit round a table with our guardian angel/s, guides, light beings to review the life we have just lived in a non-judgemental way through this process.
Our achievements would be ticked off an agenda that we had for that life, anything that we did not manage to accomplish would be placed on our agenda for our next life. We may meet with our soul group, which is a group of people assigned with the same purpose or mission. These groups normally come from the same source/home, i.e. a particular race on a particular planet, or maybe a group of people who have incarnated together before in a past life.

when we pass over from this lifetime, we go into the Interlife stage (see 'Past Life Regression' )before being re-born into a new lifetime.
We will discuss your focus for the session before using hypnotic techniques to guide you forward to the future in this lifetime or your next future lifetime. You could also sample different outcomes for the future depending on different paths you may decide to take.
Your future life will depend on your achievements you have gained so far in this lifetime. Also behaviours and attitudes in this lifetime will affect the outcome of your next future lifetime.

A parallel life is a life we are living alongside this one, at the same time, maybe in the same place, but in a different dimension. We could also be living a different life at the same time on another planet in this or another galaxy or universe!
Different dimensions vibrate at different frequencies, which is why we not aware of it and don't remember. Some people may realise through dreams, what they are doing while they are asleep and also where and why.
WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?
Hypnotherapy is the key that enables the vast power of the mind to bring about positive and beneficial changes.
Hypnosis is a natural state of heightened awareness, where you are able to open your mind to beneficial suggestions and where you can make use of your imagination to help make positive changes in your life.
What does it feel like to be hypnotised?
Everybody experiences trance differently - it is a unique experience, but the client is always in control. In general a hypnotic trance is a pleasant, relaxing and tranquil experience. While hypnotised you will be aware of all physical sensations around you, perhaps even noticing sounds you wouldn't otherwise be aware of. After a traumatic incident such as a car accident or violent robbery, a subject under hypnosis may be able to recall with extreme accuracy, car numbers, details etc that their subconscious mind has remembered but their conscious mind has overlooked. When you are fully aware again you may be able to recall everything that happened while you were in your trance, depending how deep your trance was.
Remember way back to this morning when you were half awake and half asleep? You couldn't be bothered to wake yourself up properly but because you weren't really all the way deep down asleep you could appreciate all the comfortable feelings that go with being snuggled down in your bed. Well that's pretty much how it feels to be hypnotised. You're not asleep but you're not awake either. Hypnotherapy is rather like being in a daydream, it is a state called "trance". It might be a deep trance or it might only be a light trance. Whatever level you achieve it's absolutely the right level for you at that moment. With hypnosis there's no right or wrong way to experience it, there's just different ways and they're all good. Many people experience a trance like state while driving a car - the journey is often made on "automatic pilot" mode, the mind being totally occupied by other matters. How many times do you "switch off" in the middle of a boring conversation or lecture, and daydream?
How is Hypnotherapy different to other therapies?
Hypnotherapy is a brief strategic therapy - one that is aimed specifically at finding a resolution to your problem as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible. It is not a long drawn out method of solving a problem. A skilled hypnotherapist will have the ability during a case study to ascertain whether you need to regress back to find the root of the problem, or whether it is more applicable to use future progression techniques to change tomorrow.
Hypnotherapy utilises hypnosis, a state of altered consciousness in which the therapist can help you to access the deeper levels of awareness, to which you are usually oblivious in your normal day-to-day functioning. More often than not, what you are experiencing as a problem, whether emotional, psychological or psychosomatic (i.e. actually producing physical symptoms) is only a surface EFFECT of a deeper underlying mental/emotional CAUSE. It is at these deeper levels of consciousness that we as hypnotherapists work with you, to bring about change in the way you feel, think and behave. A skilled hypnotherapist will always work with your co-operation and in the most caring and nurturing manner.
If left untreated, problems can sometimes create a ripple effect into other areas of your life, and what many people find is, on completion of effective hypnotherapy, other problems seem to melt away.

Is a regression using Hypnosis to go back in time to pinpoint a trauma or negative event that happened at a particular age. The session starts with a consultation to discuss the details that they remember and reasons for needing a regression. Or they may feel there is something blocking their growth and success, while under hypnosis they are connected to their sub-conscious that knows exactly what happened. Therefore they are able to see, gain insight and healing to come back to the present to live a more successful life.
